I have some great and easy recipes to share with you this week!!

I am not going to spend a lot of time fluffing up the recipes and trying to convince you of how good they are, I personally dislike having to read through three paragraphs of recipe compliments before I get to the actually recipe!  So... trust me... if the recipe made this page.... IT'S A WINNER!!!

*1 Bottle of Buffalo Sauce ( I just use HyVee brand)
*4 cups or two packages of shredded pizza or Mozarella cheese.  Or more if you like a lot of cheese!
*2 cooked bonless skinless chicken breasts.  I place my chicken breasts in the crockpot in the morning with a little water, two crushed garlic cloves, salt and pepper.  Let them cook on low for 4-6 hours.  Shred chicken.
*jar of banana peppers (optional)

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • My favorite homemade crust of all times is from Money Saving Mom!  This crust is quick, simple and delicious!  Here is a link to the recipe! http://moneysavingmom.com/2009/02/homemade-pizza-in-less-than-30-minutes.html
  • Once you've made the crust, spray the heck out of a 11x13 cookie sheet, I like to use the one with a little lip on the sides. Then press your dough onto the cookie sheet, pushing it up on the sides as well, to create your crust.
  • spread buffalo sauce on crust.  I use enough to cover the crust without it pooling.  Just spread and even layer all over the crust.  Now, if you have Picky McPickersons in your house like I do, I leave 1/4 of the pizza without Buffalo sauce and spread regular pizza sauce on it.
  • Now, spread your chicken over the Buffalo sauce (once again, you can leave the chicken off the Picky side.)
  • Add banana peppers to taste.
  • Sprinkle with GOBS of cheese!
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  • I recommend letting it cool for at least 5 minutes before cutting!
  • ENJOY!!!!!

*1 pound of hamburger
*3 TBS Worchestishire
*1 TBS Yellow Mustard
*1-2 TBS minced onion
*2 tsp Garlic Powder
*salt and pepper to taste
* Package of 12 slider buns, you can also use tea rolls.
*Cheese of your choosing, I often use Kraft singles

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • brown hamburger, drain and rinse grease, return to frying pan, add all Worschesteshire, Yellow Mustard, minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook over low heat until all ingredients are cooked through.
  • Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray.  Place the bottom half of each slider bun on the bottom of the pan.  Add the hamburger mixture on top of each bun, until there is an even amount on each bun.  Place cheese on top of hamburger, place top of bun on cheese.  Spread a little butter on the top of each bun.  Cover with foil, place in the oven for 15 minutes.  Remove foil and cook for 5 more minutes.

Serve with frozen french fries or whip up some homemade fries by cutting potatoes into french fry strips as thick as you would like.  I leave the peel on.  Soak the cut up fries in a large bowl of water with 2 TBS of salt for at least an hour.  Drain fries.  Let them dry a bit.  Put foil over a cookie sheet, spray the tar out of it (fries stick easily!!) Toss the fries with 3 TBS Olive Oil, 1 TBS seasoned salt, 2 tsp pepper, 1 TBS minced onion.  Dump fries on cookie sheet.  Cook at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  Cooking time depends on how crispy you like your fries!!

Peace and Blessings

Thank you for sharing with us this mouth-watering recipe. Pizza is one of my comfort foods. It is also my stress reliever whenever I feel stressed at work or in school. I can survive a day by just eating pizzas. I have already tried making different kinds of pizzas and I will try making this on the weekend.

Impressive recipes and you have excellent ability to explore your knowledge about cooking thanks for sharing these recipes with us appreciated.

I can eat pizza for the whole month but it isn't so good for health. I love to serve a fresh salad with pizza.

There are three main steps to get into a routine for (healthy cooking) and eating. It really is not hard to eat more healthily, but it is best to do some planning first and a of bit of dedication from you. The first thing in learning to cook more healthfully is to plan, the second thing is to go shopping, and the third thing is simply to cook healthy.
